Coal Tar Sealer
This commercial grade asphalt sealer delivers durability and longevity unmatched by the competition. It effectively seals the asphalt surface against water damage, oil and gasoline spills, salt, sun and rain.
This coal tar sealer contains black color pigment and a drying agent that creates a rich, black matte finish. After application, the asphalt is restored to its original color, with the asphalt protected from oxidation.
What is crack filling?
Crack Filling is a process where a rubberize tar is heated in a smelter applicator and filled into exposed cracks on asphalt. Hot Rubber is used because it has the ability to expand and contract as the pavement moves throughout the four seasons of the year.
The product is heated and creates an airtight seal between the exposed sub base and the asphalt walls. This is a cost-effective process that is used to help maintain the lifespan of parking lots.
The Process ?
We start by determining which cracks are worth repairing. Once this is complete, we clean the targeted cracks while our hot rubber compound is heating up.
Once the cracks are cleaned and ready, we begin the pouring application. The rubber hardens and shortly after we can drive on it.

Had Sebastien level up the asphalt at the entrance of the garage along with fixing some sloping for proper drainage. Sebastien made a nice saw cut, prepped the area and proceed to place asphalt to a perfect grade. He is very meticulous in his work good communication. I would call him again!
