Sealcoating is one of the most effective ways to keeping your asphalt in the best condition for many years. Sealcoating is the process of applying a layer of Polymeric coal tar emulsion sealer over the asphalt to help protect it.
Essentially, sealcoating provides an extra membrane on top of your asphalt. Refined tar emulsion is your best defense against petroleum based chemical spills (gas, oil, antifreeze, etc). By applying an asphalt sealer, you can prevent future costly repairs caused by leaking vehicles.
